Senior Quantity Surveyor – Winchester (Client-Side / Consultancy)

Winchester
Full-time
Permanent employee

About Ward Williams:

Looking for more autonomy, better quality work, and clear progression?

We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor into our Winchester team – a key hire where you’ll have the opportunity to run your own projects, work directly with Partners, and build your professional profile in a supportive, growing consultancy.

Why join Ward Williams?
  • Run your own projects with genuine autonomy.
  • Work directly with Partners, not layers of hierarchy.
  • Varied project portfolio across multiple sectors – no pigeonholing.
  • Clear progression with structured support towards MRICS and beyond.
  • Hybrid working with a strong focus on work-life balance.
  • Be part of a growing, stable business with a strong repeat client base.
What makes this role different?

This isn’t a “support role” – you’ll be trusted to take ownership from day one.
Based in our Winchester office, you’ll:
  • Deliver projects independently while being backed by an experienced team
  • Build and manage strong client relationships
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
  • Work across a broad mix of sectors, gaining well-rounded experience
The team is close-knit, collaborative, and quality-focused - we prioritise doing good work over high-volume delivery.

You’ll have real visibility internally, with direct access to senior leadership and a genuine opportunity to shape your career as the team continues to grow.
